Bob Evans, senior vice president of construction lending and a former HomeAid board member, presented the check to Bette Moser, executive director of HomeAid. The building and revitalization of multi-unit shelters is one example of how HomeAid advances the common good and creates opportunities for a better life for all people. Donations such as these ensure we can continue our mission 'to build new lives for homeless families and individuals through housing and community outreach'. HomeAid Houston works with homeless care providers in Houston, helping them to identify their new construction and remodeling needs and pairs them with GHBA builders, remodelers and their suppliers, to obtain donations of labor and materials.
