Editor’s Notes: Reebok has been dabbling in fashion for quite some time now, most notably in collaboration with Vetements. One of the most popular products to come out of that partnership was the Vetements x Reebok Sock Trainer, which has now been given a new lease of life as the more wallet-friendly Reebok Sock Run.r silhouette.
Sitting on the same iconic four-part split-tooled outsoles taken from the 1996 PUMP EVO prototype, the Sock Run.r is essentially the Vetements Sock Trainer for a fraction of the price and with different branding on the upper.
The black colorway seen above is the first of four to be released going into FW18. If you balked at the Vetements pricing but still haven’t jumped on the sock sneaker bandwagon, now might be your best chance to do so.
