Mont Jake Collides with BadBadnotgood & Gene Fisher on “Come Closer”
Danish-born soul man and Wu Tang collaborator Mont Jake has just come out with a fresh banger. Officially premiering on Julie Adenuga’s Beats 1 radio show last Thursday, Jake has teamed up with Leyland Whitty of Badbadnotgood, who provides a killer saxophone solo, as well as Houston rapper Gene Fisher on his latest song “Come Closer.”
Jake enlisted video director Billy Boyd Cape – responsible for Kwaye’s “Sweetest Life” visuals – on the creative. Check out our exclusive premiere of the official music video for “Come Closer” below, and be sure to revisit his debut Shadow EP after the jump.
