Nestlé is gearing up to launch the world’s first Ruby chocolate, made from carefully-selected cacao beans called Ruby Cacao. The treat, which is the first new kind of chocolate in 80 years, is ultimately highlighted by its natural pink color that is achieved without any artificial coloring.

Nestlé’s “KitKat Chocolatory Sublime Ruby” ($3.60 USD) is then said to taste like berries, launching globally Friday, January 19. Those in the U.S. will have to register via email to receive a link to purchase, while customers in Japan and South Korea will be able to cop in stores.
