Street Style is a photo series documenting the latest happenings and goings-on in the Highsnobiety universe.
Here Laurent Segretier shoots the attendees of the recent Vetements pop-up shop that opened in Hong Kong. The one-day flash sale was hosted at the site of a former airport known as Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and included installations inspired by Ladies’ Market, a renowned street market that takes place in the city.
Featured at the pop-up was limited-edition capsule collection of collaborations with DHL, Umbro, Reebok and Tommy Hilfiger. As you might expect, attendees were decked out in the freshest looks, with a natural lean towards Vetement’s hyper-ironic aesthetic.
The footwear on show ranged from a nicely executed genetically modified Reebook x Vetements sneaker, a healthy dosage of the Balenciaga Triple S and a flash of Balenciaga’s Speed Trainer.
