Fox News' Brian Kilmeade came up with the most asinine defense of Mike Pence's stunt walking out on the Colts game. It couldn't be a stunt because the so-called vice president really wanted to be there to celebrate Peyton Manning's career.

Trump's BFF's at Fox and Friends started off today's programming trying to gaslight the audience over Mike Pence's obvious PR stunt, in which he coordinated with the so-called president. The Trump/Pence team used the flag and National Anthem as their personal pinatas to support Trump's ridiculous fight with the NFL.

Co-host Ainsley Earhardt told her audience that Pence went to celebrate Peyton Manning and then explained what happened next.

Ainsley said, "A lot of 49ers decided they were going to take a knee and they didn't stand so the vice president decides to leave."

Steve Doocy then reads off his tweet.

"I left today's Colts game because the President of the U.S. l will not dignify any event that disrespects our soldiers, flag or our National Anthem."

Trump blew their PR stunt wide open by admitting to telling Pence to leave the game if any players did not stand.

49ers player Eric Reid was very vocal about Pence's performance after the game.
