Sergio Garcia didn't help himself Sunday at the Dell Technologies Championship.
Garcia eliminated his putter from competition at the par-4 fourth hole when he damaged the club in anger after playing a poor second shot. The broken putter forced him to use another club to putt for the remainder of the round, and it wasn't pretty for Garcia on the greens.
The Spaniard actually birdied the fourth with a 3-wood, but bogeyed four of the next five holes to post a front-nine 39, provoking a variety of reactions from social media.
After the 3-wood went cold, Garcia switched to a driver, but to no avail.
