Stanford bolstered its depth on the defensive line Sunday when Dalyn Wade-Perry announced his commitment to the Cardinal.
The four-star defensive tackle told Ryan Bartow of 247Sports that along with the prestigious football program, the academics that Stanford offers played a big role in his commitment.
"Stanford has academics that are second to none," Wade-Perry said. "Their football program is one of the tops in the country. I love the campus and feel the people there around me can make me a better person."
Wade-Perry is ranked as the 173rd rated recruit on the ESPN 300 for the 2017 class, as well as being the No. 13 defensive tackle in the class.
