HONOR Magic Earbuds Announced With Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation
As is the case with pretty much all fully wireless earbuds, these ones come with a charging case. That charging case comes with a 410mAh battery, while each of the earbuds has a 37mAh battery.
The company says that you can use these earbuds for 3 hours of voice calls, and 3.5 hours of continuous music playback on a single charge. The charging case will provide 12 hours of calls, and 13 hours of music playback before you need to charge it.
Speaking of which, that case has a Type-C USB port for charging (5V/1A), and it should recharge really fast having in mind how small that battery is.
The HONOR Magic Earbuds come with three different sizes of ear tips
The HONOR Magic Earbuds come with three different sizes of ear tips. They feature what HONOR calls 'Ergonomic trapezoidal' design.
The earbuds themselves measure 41.8 x 23.7 x 19.8mm, while the charging case measures 80.7 x 35.4 x 29.2mm. Each of those earbuds weighs 5.4 grams, while the charging case weighs 51 grams.
Bluetooth 5.0 is built in here, and it supports A2DP 1.3, HFP 1.6, and AVRCP 1.5. These earbuds come with triple-microphone noise cancellation. Each of them has three of them, by the way.
10mm driver unit is included as well, in case you were wondering. Smartphones running EMUI 10 will automatically detect these earphones and perform rapid and effortless pairing as soon as you open the charging case. They are compatible with Android and iOS in general, though.
These earphones also offer intelligent wearing detection. They can detect when they are being worn, and can wake themselves up based on that.
These earbuds offer touch controls as well
Touch controls are built in also. There are capacitive touch sensors included on both earbuds. You can double-tap or press and hold an earphone in order to perform certain functions. Those functions can be edited via the AI Life app.
HONOR has announced these earbuds in two color variants, Pearl White and Robin Egg Blue. They are priced at €129, and will become available globally starting from April 2020.
That is pretty much all the information that we have at the moment. If you'd like to take a closer look at these earbuds, check out the gallery down below.
