Travis Scott attended the Art Basel Miami VIP Preview on Wednesday and he appeared to be particularly struck with a $225,000 Tom Sachs painting.

Scott was seen posing in front of “Krústy Brand Seal of Approval (red) 2019,” and according to Page Six, members of his crew were seen exchanging information with representatives from the seller, Acquavella Gallery. Take a look at the painting below.

According to the same report, Scott also looked at an $8 million Jean Michel Basquiat piece called “Krong Thip (Torso),” before stopping by the Gagosian booth.

For the fifth edition of our series, Nathan Taylor Pemberton visited Tom Sachs at his New York City studio to learn about his life’s work, currently on display at Schauwerk Sindelfingen. Read the interview here.
