Coming at a time when the hiking sneaker was at its peak in luxury fashion circles, the Palace x Salomon Speedcross 4 is far more subdued than any of the other collaborations mentioned above.
This partnership felt like one iconic British brand was partnering with another (soon-to-be) iconic British brand. The collaboration was above all nostalgic, catapulting all of England’s yout’ back a few years.
