Launched earlier this year, Urban Outfitters’ World Wide Brands series is the retailer’s curated collection of international streetwear labels, established in order to shine a light on brands from across the globe. From Indonesia to Istanbul, the concept, which introduces one to two new brands each month, has created a platform for clothing lines from countries often overlooked on the global fashion stage, as well as for smaller names from the clothing capitals.

Discover these planet-stretching brands below, and shop the choice pieces currently available at Urban Outfitters.

Hailing from Seoul, South Korea, AJOBYAJO creates graphic-heavy garments that often come with unconventional fits and unusual pattern combinations. Highlights include this long windbreaker jacket, printed with an all-over black and white photo collage. The black tee from AJOBYAJO is one for the Manga fans.

Starting off as a stall in Old Spitalfields Market in London, cult brand Lazy Oaf is all about the less-serious outlook on life. Its irreverent designs often pack color-pop prints and cartoon-like palettes. This camp collar shirt is a breezy option to see out the rest of the summer with a smile.

Les Benjamins is a luxury streetwear label based in Istanbul. With a desire to tell stories through bold aesthetics and historical references, Bunyamin Aydin’s designs are inspired by his love of travel and photography. The contrast panel on the 013 sweatpants features graphic work reminiscent of traditional drawings.

Founded in Indonesia in 2009, Pot Meets Pop began life as a denim-only brand. Growing its catalog from just jeans to a wide range of categories, the brand’s output often features Americana references. The carpenter jeans are a workwear staple with an ultra-relaxed fit.
