Tigers Are Not Afraid, earned Lopez 10 nominations from the Mexican Film Academy Awards and 55 international awards. As you can see from the trailer, it’s getting massive kudos from horror heavyweights, too. Stephen King described the film as “both tough and touching. Two minutes in, I was under its spell.” Neil Gaiman called it “a fairy-tale for today. Beautiful, shocking and chilling.”
