Supreme and Jordan Brand team up for a rework of the fabled Air Jordan XIV model.
The shoe was famously worn by Michael Jordan during the 1998 finals when he secured his sixth and final ring. Inspired by the basketball legend’s love of luxury cars, the AJ XIV would also be the last signature model worn on court by Jordan with the Chicago Bulls.
Supreme’s 2019 take arrives in two colorways, black/blue/grey/red and white/black/grey/red, with a leather and nubuck upper that has been punctuated with metal studs. Jordan and Supreme co-branding features prominently on the shoe, while Jordan’s “23” shirt number is catered for on the elongated mustache. Contrasting midsole panels round off the maximalist aesthetic.
You can buy the Supreme x Air Jordan XIV in-store at New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London, Paris locations, as well as also online, from June 13. Cop in Japan on June 16.
