Last year RIMOWA debuted its “NEVER STILL” global campaign starring Virgil Abloh, Yoon Ahn, Roger Federer, Adwoa Aboah, and Nobu Matsuhisa. The brand continues the project into 2019, soliciting Kim Jones, LeBron James, and Chinese pianist Yuja Wang to feature in this year’s installment, furthering the conversation surrounding purposeful travel. The campaign provides us with a glimpse into each individual’s personal life on the go, detailing the hardships of being on the road and the drive that is necessary not only to endure but thrive.
First up for RIMOWA’s 2019 “NEVER STILL” campaign is Artistic Director Dior Men’s and fashion designer Kim Jones. Captured in Indian and Japan, Jones’ film was directed by Jonas and Julien, featuring a blend of urban scenes and textures. The visual ultimately serves to remind us how the places we visit are ultimately woven into our work.

LeBron James and Yuja Wang’s “NEVER STILL” campaign films will be released in June. Expect to see RIMOWA’s global project across social and digital channels in the coming weeks, alongside retail activations.
