The Toronto Blue Jays broke up the Cleveland Indians' combined no-hitter with no outs in the ninth inning after a Freddy Galvis single off closer Brad Hand.

Right-hander Trevor Bauer started the game and went seven innings without allowing a hit while striking out eight. He also walked six and left the game after 117 pitches. Reliever Jon Edwards took over and got two outs but loaded the bases in the eighth before Hand came on to get the final out.

Cleveland has now gone 6010 straight games without a no-hitter, the second-longest streak in AL history behind the 1912-1952 Detroit Tigers (6108), according to Stats by STATS.
