DC Comics’ Wonder Woman Logo Looks Uncannily Similar To This Burger Chain’s Logo

Based in San Antonio, Texas, burger chain Whataburger has been in operation since 1950—today, it has over 700 outlets in the southern region of the US.

More recently, it got into a copyright fight with DC Comics regarding the latter’s logo for the Wonder Women movie—the superheroine’s logo, which is a stylized, metallic-looking ‘W’, does indeed look very similar to Whataburger’s orange brand mark.

According to website Bleeding Cool, the fast food company has also raised complaints about a long list of businesses that have names reminiscent of its own.

What do you think—should DC Comics be allowed to trademark its Wonder Woman logo?
