Trump campaign manager accuses congressmen of lewd behavior
Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said some of the members of Congress who’ve rejected Donald Trump are guilty of inappropriate sexual conduct.
Conway said after the second presidential debate that she took Donald Trump at his word when he said his remarks about women in a leaked hot-mic tape were just “locker room” talk and not confessions of actual sexual misconduct. But some members of Congress have acted lewdly in the past, Conway said on TV after the debate.
“I would talk to some of the members of Congress out there. I remember when I was younger and prettier, them rubbing up against girls sticking their tongues down women's throats. It was true,” Conway told Chris Matthews during a post-debate interview on MSNBC.
“Some are on the list of people who won't support Donald Trump because they ride around on a high horse,” Conway said.
Conway did not identify individual members of Congress she was discussing.
