Bears' Cutler sporting cast on right thumb following loss to Eagles

Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler wore a cast on his right thumb following Monday's 29-14 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Cutler left the game in the third quarter after throwing an interception to Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham. The quarterback said he wasn't sure when he injured his thumb.

"Concerned. As a quarterback, you kind of need your right thumb," Cutler said when asked about the severity of his injury postgame.

Cutler went 12-of-17 for 157 yards before being replaced by Brian Hoyer upon exiting the game.
