Eye-catching, functional and environmentally friendly packaging can help to set your product apart, and that is probably what design studio the—pony was going for when it designed the refreshing “E=at2” packaging for Seattle-based food company ’s school bag lunches.

Featuring bold typography and cool minimalist illustrations onto kraft paper that are used to wrap sandwiches and bottles of natural soda, this packaging is inspired by pop art and aims to appeal to students with its playful, trendy attitude.

Printed on recycled paper, consumers would be able to know what goes into their food just by looking at the packaging—in this case, the menu consists of organic fruits, vegetables and natural meats.
